Imperial Point Medical Center Seeks Volunteers
Imperial Point Medical Center is seeking friendly, mature adults to volunteer within the medical center. Areas in need of volunteers include the gift shop, information desk, emergency department, same day surgery waiting area, and human resources just to name a few.
Volunteers will be thoroughly trained, have flexible hours, become an official member of the hospital auxiliary, and receive a free meal after completing a shift.
The Buddy Program
The "Buddy Program" allows couples and friends to be trained together and to volunteer together in the same department.
“I began volunteering at Imperial Point 10 years ago,” states Judy Shelton, an auxiliary member. “It makes me feel good when a patient or visitor says “thank you” for helping them…and I value my auxilian and hospital friends immensely.”

There are various volunteer opportunities with Imperial Point Medical Center. The Auxiliary serves as a fundraiser for the hospital and assists in several areas where a volunteer is needed.
