Guest Relations

Our mission at Coral Springs Medical Center is to partner with patients and their families in delivering quality healthcare experiences and outcomes.  Our entire healthcare team is committed to providing you and your family quality healthcare in a caring and supportive environment. To further assist in fulfilling this mission, we have a Guest Relations Manager dedicated to meeting your needs should you feel you need additional assistance.

In an effort to support this mission, daily visits are made to new patients to assess their comfort during their hospital stay.  Visits can be as simple as learning that a water pitcher needs filling or as important as identifying the pain medication is not working quickly enough.

Our goal is to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them. In order to monitor the patient experience, we partner with an outside company, AVATAR, to conduct patient experience surveys.  Patients are selected at random and are mailed a survey to their home. We ask  you to complete the survey, if received, as this will only help us improve the quality of care and service we strive to achieve.
