Guest Relations Staff
If you have a question, concern or special need as a patient or visitor, please contact our Guest Relations Department at (954) 786-5199 or e-mail bmcauley@browardhealth.org.
Our staff is authorized by the hospital administration to learn of patients' needs and concerns and to refer these to the appropriate hospital personnel for prompt action.
If you would like to have a representative from the religious denomination of your choice visit, please notify your nurse or the Guest Relations Department and arrangements will be made. You are also invited to make use of the hospital chapel located on the first floor.
E-mail a Staff Compliment
Did a person or group of people make a positive difference during your stay? If so, please let us know. We love to share feedback with our staff and let them know how their actions impact the lives of their patients and their families. Email staff compliments to bmcauley@browardhealth.org and it will be shared with that staff member and their supervisor.
Patient Satisfaction Survey
Patients may receive a Patient Satisfaction Survey in the mail. We would like you to give us a score of ‘10-Best Hospital Possible’. If there is any reason you cannot give us a score of ‘10-Best Hospital Possible’, please contact our Guest Relations Department so we can address your concern immediately.
Your response to this survey is very important. It gives us an opportunity to continue to to improve our facility and helps us to recognize and reward our dedicated staff. Please be sure to let us know if someone was especially helpful to you during your stay.
