Prenatal Yoga helps women glide through the transitions their body experiences during pregnancy by providing a healthy physical and emotional outlet while preparing for birth with a holistic approach. Pregnant women practice Prenatal Yoga to increase their overall strength, flexibility and well being through exercises that promote the circulation of blood and oxygen, while stretching the muscles and tissues associated with the low back, hips and hamstrings. |

Designed for parents of infants from 3 months old until they begin to walk. This program shares information on how to use play, music and song to encourage your baby's development. |
| Baby Talk |
For couples expecting their first child, as well as other caregivers. This program covers development during the first months as well as techniques for proper holding, bathing, diapering, feeding and more. A pediatrician discusses newborn assessment, symptoms of illness, vaccines and safety issues.

| Babysitting Class |
Designed for children ages 11-15, This program covers the basics for becoming a good babysitter. Featured topics include: managing phone calls and expected or unexpected visitors; Handling emergency situations involving infants and young children. Includes basic first aid, rescue breathing techniques,and choking intervention methods. Participants will receive an American Heart Association Participation card for CPR and First Aid. |
| Breastfeeding Class |
The objective of the program is to offer support and education to breastfeeding mothers in an informational setting. Discussion topics include nutrition, preventing sore nipples/breasts, proper latch-on techniques, feeding positions, fussy baby/hungry baby, starting solids, weaning. A support group meets monthly to address breastfeeding concerns. |

Our multi-session program is taught by maternal/child nurses. Topics include hospital procedures, birthing options, signs/stages of labor, tips for the labor coach, comfort measures, relaxation, pregnancy massage and Lamaze breathing techniques. |

| Mommy & Me Yoga / Pilates |
A class where moms build strength and flexibility doing Yoga and Pilates exercises while interacting with their babies (3-18 months) in a fun and playful manner. Babies will enjoy watching moms exercise, interacting with other babies, rocking with mom, and being stimulated by a wide range of music. Exercises can be modified to any fitness level. This class offers a relaxed atmosphere, baby bonding time, and a chance to connect with other moms. It's a great workout and fun for all! |

A class for 3-to-5 year olds that introduces students to the vocabulary, basic positions and movements of ballet, jazz and tap techniques. Encourages creativity while developing coordination and self-confidence through the exploration of rhythm and movement.
