Tackling Panic Attacks

Panic attacks can severely limit your freedom if you don't get treatment, according to the University of Washington. Many people who suffer from panic attacks experience symptoms such as shortness of breath, racing heartbeat, lightheadedness, nausea and fear. They avoid being in public, driving or doing tasks they associate with the problem. Treatment consists of medication and behavior modification.
