Chris Evert Children’s Hospital Website Earns Recognition in 2009 Aster Awards
Broward Health Chris Evert Children's Hospital has won a 2009 Gold Aster Award for the Chris Evert Children's Hospital website. The Aster Awards is a medical marketing awards program allowing healthcare organizations and advertising agencies to compete against similarly sized competitors from across the nation and world.
Each year the Aster Awards has an annual contest allowing entries, designed, printed and/or distributed the previous year to be scored, judged and recognized for excellence in healthcare marketing and advertising.
Scoring within the 95th to 99th percentile, the Chris Evert Children’s Hospital website placed in the top five percent.
“Though our department is small, it is comprised of skilled and talented personnel who have brought this website to national online success,” said Diane High, manager of website and publications for Broward Health.
The Aster Awards, one of the largest competitions of its kind, is hosted by Marketing Healthcare Today (www.mhtmagazine.com) and Creative Images, Inc. This elite national program recognizes outstanding healthcare professionals for excellence in their advertising and marketing efforts.
