Monday, November 16, 2009 - North Broward Medical Center CEO Named One of South Florida’s 100 Most Accomplished

Deerfield Beach, FL - Pauline Grant, CEO of Broward Health North Broward Medical Center, was recently honored as one of “South Florida’s 100 Most Accomplished Blacks in Healthcare” at the ICABA™ Recognition Reception hosted by NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. The event served to recognize the career accomplishments, commitment to professional excellence and community service of those featured in the inaugural edition of the ICABA™ Profile Directory

“I’m excited to be recognized among such a prestigious group of professionals,” said Pauline. “ICABA’s commitment to honoring the accomplishments of the black community is inspiring and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.”

Pauline was selected for premium recognition as one of the Lumina Ten profiles in the ICABA™ Profile Directory, a full color, coffee table quality directory featuring South Florida’s 100 Most Accomplished Blacks in Law and South Florida’s 100 Most Accomplished Blacks in Healthcare.

Pauline received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica.  She received her Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Pauline serves on the board of several community organizations. She recently received the Milestone Award for Excellence in Healthcare from the Jamaican USA Chamber of Commerce, was named one of Modern Healthcare’s 2008 Top 25 Minority Executives in Healthcare and was the recipient of the March of Dimes 2006 Women of Distinction award.
