Tuesday, January 12, 2010 - Nancy Miller Promoted to Director of Finance at North Broward Medical Center

Deerfield Beach, FL - Broward Health North Broward Medical Center has promoted Nancy Miller to Director of Finance.

As Director of Finance, Miller will be responsible for the design, planning, and organization required for operations of the Finance-Administration department, including supervision of staff, maintaining computer systems and providing financial information.  Additionally, she will participate as a member of the budget team in planning, organization, design, and execution of the budgeting process for North Broward Medical Center and all affiliated operations in the Region. 

Miller, a Certified Public Accountant, joined Broward Health in 1972 working in Nursing Administration at Imperial Point Medical Center. After becoming a CPA in 1985, she worked with Coopers & Lybrand for a few years before returning to Broward Health to work in Finance at Imperial Point Medical Center. She came to North Broward Medical Center in 2008 as a Senior Financial Analyst. Miller received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband and three children.
