Tuesday, December 14, 2010 - Café Imperial’s Traditional Holiday Dinners Will Grace Your Table, “Wow” Your Guests and Save You Time

The busy holiday season has begun and many of us are just too busy juggling schedules to prepare a traditional holiday dinner for family and guests.  Popular Chef Anthony ‘Tony’ Labriola from Imperial Point Medical Center’s Café Imperial recognized the situation and created a menu filled with turkeys, ham, popular side dishes including sweet potatoes, whipped potatoes, gravy, and a variety of desserts that can be ordered ahead of time.

“This is not the typical hospital food that most people think of when they hear ‘hospital’ with food,” said Labriola.  “The meals prepared here are restaurant quality.”

Chef Labriola has been featured on WSFL TV’s morning show and in the Sun Sentinel for his creative, healthy yet delicious dishes.
