Broward Health Acquires Medical Arts Pavilion
Fort Lauderdale, FL - Broward Health has acquired a five-story, 64,000-square-foot medical office building located on the campus of Imperial Point Medical Center (IPMC). The purchase was completed July 28.
Built in 2010 by a private construction firm on the hospital’s 28-acre campus, the building provides a conveniently located outpatient surgical center on the first floor with physician offices on upper floors.
"Imperial Point Medical Arts Pavilion is a Class A building on the campus of our thriving 204-bed medical center," said Mark Sprada, Interim Chief Executive Officer of IPMC. "It is an ideal location with excellent visibility from Federal Highway, and very attractive to physicians and patients who frequently travel between their office and the hospital. It will also help with the expansion of services on our campus."
The Medical Arts Pavilion, located at 6333 N. Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, adds 535 new parking spaces for patients, visitors and physicians to the hospital campus. The property features nine-foot ceilings, impact windows, two elevators, a furnished lobby, a security system and fire system.
An open house for physicians and medical staff is planned for mid-September. For further details or leasing information, please contact Abigail Fortey 954.776.8672.
