David Di Pietro Appointed to Hospital District Board
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - Florida Governor Rick Scott has appointed David Di Pietro to the North Broward Hospital District Board of Commissioners. Di Pietro was sworn in on Sept. 9, 2011, and will serve through July 13, 2015.
Di Pietro, of Oakland Park, joins commissioners Rhonda Calhoun, Richard Paul-Hus, Mike Fernandez, Joel Gustafson, Jennifer O’Flannery Anderson and Clarence McKee in serving on the board that governs Broward Health. He replaces former Commissioner Joseph Cobo.
Di Pietro is the proprietor of David Di Pietro Law, P.A., which represents individuals and corporations in commercial and business related litigation claims and lawsuits. Di Pietro previously was an associate attorney with Conrad Scherer, LLP, and he also served as an assistant state attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit from 2005 to 2008. A member of the Broward Days Board of Directors, he received a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center.
