Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce Nominates Broward Health Imperial Point CEO Businesswoman of the Year
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Broward Health Imperial Point Chief Executive Officer Alice Taylor has been nominated Businesswoman of the Year by the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce for her healthcare leadership and involvement in the community.
Taylor, who has been the hospital’s top administrator since January 2012, is responsible for the 204-bed acute care hospital that offers medical-surgical inpatient care, behavioral health services and a wide variety of outpatient services.
“Alice is terrific. She’s very intelligent, articulate and her leadership ability sets her apart,” says Ric Green, the Chamber’s president. “She’s a great contributor to the wellbeing of our community and we at the Chamber are proud to honor the great work she and the hospital are doing.”
Taylor will be on hand to accept her award along with other honorees at the Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa on Thursday, Sept. 18, during the Pompano Chamber’s 8th annual Shining Star Awards Luncheon.
