Chef Anthony LaBriola
Chef Anthony was born here in Fort Lauderdale. He graduated with Honors and on the Dean’s list from the Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach in 2002. Chef Anthony has a degree in International Pastry and Baking as well as a degree in Food & Beverage Management.
He became a chef because of his love and passion for food. Growing up in an Italian household instilled into him a passion for cooking and family. As a child, he learned family traditions by watching his mother cook.
Chef Anthony has been cooking professionally for 11 years. He has worked for various restaurants and corporations, such as Executive Chef for the BankAtlantic Corporate Offices and Executive Chef of The Island Palm Club in Palm Beach. He has also had a great opportunity to work with the world-renowned Master Pastry Chef Ewald Notter. He has been Executive Chef for Broward Health Imperial Point since 2007.
His favorite food to cook is Italian, and he loves to bake.
