Your kids don't have to play sports to be active! Pro football player Brandon Fields and his wife Katie, founders of the Brandon and Katie Fields Youth Fitness Fund, have teamed up with Broward Health to present the Broward Health Fields Fit Fest sponsored by Chris Evert Children's Hospital. It's a free event designed to teach kids grades K-5 that physical activity can be fun – even if they don't enjoy or participate in sports.

FUN FOR KIDS
Your kids will have fun and meet new friends like Brandon and Katie, as well pro football player Dan Carpenter and his wife Kaela. At the Fields Fit Fest, they will participate in a series of activities they can easily do at home.
Fields Fit Fest participants will receive:
- A Broward Health Fields Fit Fest t-shirt to keep and wear during the event
- A goodie bag filled with giveaways plus health and fitness information
- A chance to meet and have their photo taken with NFL pro football players
- Healthy snacks and refreshments
- A Broward Health Fields Fit Fest certificate of completion
All participants should come prepared to be active in loose, comfortable clothes and sneakers.
