Broward Health Human Resources Named Finalist for 2012 ERE Recruiting & Retention Excellence Awards
Fort Lauderdale, FL - Broward Health’s Human Resources program was recently named a finalist in the “Best Retention Program/Practices” category for the 2012 ERE Recruiting & Retention Excellence Awards.
Broward Health’s commitment to create and sustain programs to identify, recruit, develop and maintain engaged and skilled employee partners made them a front-runner in the awards competition.
Other corporate finalists in various categories included UPS, Marriott Corp, United Health Care, Ernst and Young, ATT and T-Mobile. The Support Equipment & Aircraft Launch & Recovery Equipment Department (part of the U.S. Navy) was named winner of “Best Retention Program/Practices.”
Given that Broward Health was named a finalist, Gina Dotson, corporate recruiting coordinator, was invited to participate in a panel discussion during the 2012 ERE Spring Expo and Conference held in San Diego, CA in March to showcase Broward Health’s comprehensive program.

Wong, Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, Broward Health.
Electronic Recruiting Exchange (ERE) is a highly respected news and professional learning organization that focuses on companies’ best practices in the areas of employee retention and recruiting.
