NBHD Board of Commissioners Elects 2010 Officers
Broward County, FL – The Board of Commissioners for the North Broward Hospital District at their regular board meeting Wednesday elected new officers to serve through October 2010.
Board members, appointed to staggered four-year terms by the governor, will serve as follows:
Chair Rhonda Calhoun, executive director of the Broward League of Cities (appointed 2006)
Vice Chair Dan Gordon, certified property casualty underwriter with Bateman, Gordon and Sands (appointed 2005)
Secretary Miguel “Mike” Fernandez, managing director for Latin American for SonoSite (appointed 2007)
Assistant Secretary Joseph M. Cobo, CHBC, partner, Cobo, Weizien, Bowers, & Co., LLC (appointed 2007)
Treasurer Robert Bernstein, president of MerchantWorthy.com (appointed 2005)
Board Member Rebecca L. Stoll (appointed 2005)
