Dedicated Volunteers Donate $50,000 to North Broward Medical Center
Auxiliary Fulfills $350,000 Pledge
Deerfield Beach, FL - Broward Health North Broward Medical Center's Auxiliary recently presented a $50,000 check to the hospital at a luncheon held at Lighthouse Point Yacht Club on Friday, June 18th. With this donation, the Auxiliary has fulfilled its pledge of donating $350,000 to North Broward Medical Center.
“We couldn’t be more appreciative of the numerous ways the Auxiliary supports us on a daily basis,” said Pauline Grant, CEO of North Broward Medical Center. “Their donation extends far past the monetary support.”
The Auxiliary's newest slate of officers was also installed at the luncheon:

The Auxiliary at North Broward Medical Center is a group of volunteers who dedicate their time to supporting the many facets of the hospital. In addition to the proceeds from the gift shop, the auxiliary hosts fundraising events throughout the year to raise money for the hospital as well as scholarships for high school seniors. With a team of 136 volunteers, the auxiliary worked a remarkable 49,000 hours this past year.
