Dr. Miller is medical director of pediatric ophthalmology at Chris Evert Children’s Hospital at Broward Health Medical Center.
He received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University and his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He served his internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, his residency at George Washington University Medical Center and his fellowship at the James H. Hall Eye Foundation of Atlanta.
Dr. Miller is a clinical instructor at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and associate clinical professor at Nova Southeastern University. He is founder of the Children’s Vision Care Program of Broward and State Champion of Florida for the National Children’s Eye Care Project.
He received a Fellowship Award from the National Children’s Eye Care Foundation and is on the vision steering committee of the Broward County School Board, as well as medical editor of Today’s Parent magazine.
Dr. Miller is certifieded by the American Board of Ophthalmology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus.
