Glen Sutherland, MD, FACP, is an infectious disease physician with Broward Health Physician Group.
Dr. Sutherland has been practicing infectious disease medicine for over 30 years. Prior to joining Broward Health, Dr. Sutherland was in private practice. He was Chief of Holy Cross Hospital’s Division of Infectious Disease and is a Clinical Associate Professor in Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases, at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Sutherland also acts as a Medical Consultant for Biotest Pharmaceutical Corporation.
Dr. Sutherland was a Research Fellow and Clinical Fellow in Infectious Diseases at the University of Florida’s College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida. His Residency and Internship in Internal Medicine were completed at Northwestern University College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Sutherland, a New Jersey native, is married and has called Florida home since the mid-1980s.
