Archana Maini, M.D., triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Oncology, specializes in Hematology/Oncology at Broward Health Medical Center.
Dr. Maini received her medical degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi University, in New Delhi, India. She completed an internship at Lady Hardinge Medical College and a residency in Internal Medicine at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital, Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City, New York. Dr. Maini completed further training with a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Lenox Hill Hospital, New York University, New York, New York.
Previous to coming to Broward Health Medical Center, Dr. Maini served as Assistant Professor of Medicine of Hematology/Medical Oncology at the State University of New York – Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York.
Involved in research, Dr. Maini has been published in a variety of medical journals, such as the Journal of Investigative Medicine, Blood, the American Journal of Geriatric Cardiology, Journal of American College of Cardiology, and American Journal of Therapeutics. Conversant in English, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu, Dr. Maini has taught medical students at Cornell University, Lenox Hill Hospital, St. George's University School of Medicine, Grenada, Sophie Davis Medical School, CUNY and New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York Institute of Technology.
Dr. Maini is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, American College of Physicians and American Medical Association.
