Marlene Aramburu, DO, is a board certified osteopathic family physician with the Broward Health Physician Group. Having completed a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dr. Aramburu is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Florida Osteopathic Medical association, American Medical Directors Association, and American Association of Family Physicians.
Over the past 10 years, Dr. Aramburu has completed a variety of research and case presentations in topics such as stroke, Wellens Syndrome, hypertension and best care practices in the geriatric continuum. Dr. Aramburu was also named Resident of the Year by the Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Aramburu was born in Lima-Peru, speaks both English and Spanish and loves arts and music. Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Aramburu was a Dental Assistant Technician with the United States Air Force. Aim High!
