Vendor Registration

Broward Health requires that all vendors be registered in the Vendor Registration System (VRS). VRS Registration is mandatory and supersedes all previous registration efforts undertaken by Broward Health. All new and existing vendors are required to register using VRS. NOTE: A separate registration is required for subsidiaries/entities having different tax identification numbers.

VRS supplies information ONLY and does not constitute an assumed obligation by Broward Health to guarantee contractual award or agreement/contract or an order for a product or service.

Once your VRS registration is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and a copy of the VRS Welcome Letter. To enable VRS e-mail notifications to be recognized as originating from a trusted sender and delivered to your inbox instead of your junk/spam mail, we recommend you do the following for the email accounts you will be providing in sections 1 and 3 of your VRS registration:

Add vrsbidding@browardhealth.org, vendorrelations@browardhealth.org, and supplierdiversity@browardhealth.org (for SBE/MBE/WBE vendors) to your contacts so that they are recognized as trusted contacts.
Mark messages from vrsbidding@browardhealth.org, vendorrelations@browardhealth.org, and supplierdiversity@browardhealth.org that arrive in the Spam folder as “not spam.”

NOTE: Do not send emails to vrsbidding@browardhealth.org or privacy@browardhealth.org. All emails regarding VRS should be sent to vendorrelations@browardhealth.org and emails regarding Supplier Diversity should be sent to supplierdiversity@browardhealth.org.

To Register:

To begin your registration process please click here: https://vrs.browardhealth.org/ and enter your tax identification number and preliminary information. After creating an account you will receive an email notification providing you with a temporary password. You will need to return to VRS, enter your tax identification and password to complete the process. Your registration is not complete until you return to your company profile, complete all tabs, and upload your current signed W9 form. Also, if you would like to participate in our Supplier Diversity Program, please be prepared to also upload a copy of your company’s SBE, MBE, and WBE Certification.

Vendor Orientation

Broward Health encourages all registered/certified vendors to attend one of our vendor orientation sessions. Orientation outlines the policies and procedures governing “how to do business” with Broward Health. The next orientation session will take place on June 5, 2013. All sessions promptly begin at 9:00 am and last approximately three hours.

REPTRAX – gaining access to BH Facilities:

Broward Health has implemented REPtrax to help manage vendor access and credentials. All vendor representatives visiting any BH facility must sign up for the “no charge” Base Membership with REPtrax.

On each visit to a BH facility, vendors must check-in/out at the REPtrax Vendor Kiosk to print a REPtrax Vendor Access Badge, before proceeding through Security.

Certified Diverse Vendor - (SBE/MBE/WBE) Certification

All vendors wishing to be recognized as a Broward Health (BH) Certified Diverse Vendor (SBE/MBE/WBE), must complete the vendor registration process (explained above) AND upload a current copy of the company’s SBE/MBE/WBE certification documentation issued by one of Broward Health’s approved certification partners below:
