BH CHS Healthy Start Program and Pompano Prenatal Center provide classes to assist young parents with gaining additional knowledge on effective parenting skills for their newborn child. BH Healthy Start is positioned as an access point for prenatal and pediatric care education plus wrap around services in communities located in the northern two thirds of Broward County. In addition, we inform the local community of viable family-oriented resources that are available for young, at-risk families requiring additional capacity building opportunities.
