Broward Health Coral Springs presents an In-Person 3-part Lamaze class series bundle. Class # 1 Preparing for Birth & Labor on Oct. 19 Class # 2 Understanding your Birth on Oct. 24 Class # 3 Getting Comfortable with Labor on Oct. 26 Class time: 6-8:30pm Class fee total cost is $30 per couple for the entire 3 class bundle. (pay at door) We will cover from the beginning with your birth plan, emotional aspects, discomforts, warning signs of pregnancy, sign & symptoms of labor and when to go to the hospital. Relaxation skills, breathing and healthy birth practices. Continuing with stages of labor, Labor partners role, C-sections, comfort measures, medications, epidurals.
