BHCS Lamaze One day In-Person session

We will cover from the beginning with your birth plan, emotional aspects, discomforts, warning signs of pregnancy, sign & symptoms of labor and when to go to the hospital. Relaxation skills, breathing and healthy birth practices. Continuing with stages of labor, Labor partners role, C-sections, comfort measures, medications, epidurals. Class fee total cost is $30 per couple for the one day session. (pay at door cash only). Please bring your lunch and snacks needed. We will take a 30 min.lunch break.
