This Comprehensive six-hour childbirth preparation class in a single session including the following topics: Anatomy of Pregnancy, Sign and Symptoms of Labor, Stages of Labor, Labor Positions, Comfort Measures, Pain Management, Epidurals, Medications uses in Labor and Postpartum Recovery.  Please prepare for this class a small yoga mat or a small blanket and pillows, wear comfortable clothing or yoga attire to be able to practice birth positions.
