Description

A hands-on class for parents who have already had a child but would like a refresher because it has been a few years or are seeking a different experience than their first delivery. A quick review of topics covered in the comprehensive class including a labor review, comfort techniques, and minimizing interventions. Please bring to class a small yoga mat or a large beach towel and pillows, wear comfortable clothing or yoga attire to be able to practice birth positions. Please bring something to drink and snacks.  Not available to first-time parents and is currently only available as an in-person class.
