Description

This is part 2 of a 3 part series to prepare parents-to-be for the process of labor and delivery. The series begins with the anatomy of pregnancy, sign and symptoms of labor, stages of labor & introduction to labor positions. Please have available a small yoga mat or a small blanket and pillows, wear comfortable clothing or yoga attire to be able to practice birth positions. Please have something to drink and snacks. Once registered, we will send you a Microsoft Teams link to join the class the day before or the morning of the event. This link may prompt you to download the Microsoft Teams app if you do not already have this application on your device.
