Browns Temple Church, a faith based organization, held their 3rd Annual Community Fall Festival to share resources with congregation members and attendees who are interested in identifying primary care and warp around service connections with human service providers. The church is located in The City of Pompano Beach NWCRA District, and is close to the Collier City subdivision, located in the western part of the municipality. BHN and Margate Health Center were positioned as access points for care among attendees.
