The LA Lee Branch of the YMCA and The City of Fort Lauderdale Police Department hosted a community resource fair for local residents in the Sistrunk Corridor who are interested in obtaining information about various human services available to them, locally. BHCHS was present to build additional awareness about our network of ten community health centers that provide primary care and wrap around services, to uninsured and under insured consumers requiring medical home establishment. Cora E Braynon Family Health Center and Specialty Care Center are two primary care access points positioned within the community to further assist with primary care service delivery.
