CHS Outreach Services participated in a social service to make faith based residents aware of social services available within the community. MODCO provides pertinent information on chronic illnesses, such as HIV/AIDS and sickle cell. MODCO also provides housing opportunities for people living with chronic illnesses, such as HIV/AIDS.
