Description

CHS Outreach Services positioned Bernard P. Alicki Health Center as an access point for primary care and wrap around services for Broward County's homeless population currently living in close proximity to the health center, as well as the northern two thirds of Broward County. This event was conducted to bring additional awareness to homeless veterans who require social services and primary care from the Healthcare for the Homeless Program.
