Description

The North Broward County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta hosted a community baby shower, in unison with BH Pompano Prenatal Center, to celebrate motherhood and introduce birthing options, for expectant mothers, who may be undecided on a location to birth their unborn child. In addition, young mothers from Charles Drew Resource Center attended the event; whereby, they were educated on maternity and pediatric services available at local community health centers in Pompano Beach and surrounding areas, such as Deerfield Beach.
