Broward Health provided a BHCHS Snapshot presentation to The City of Plantation Chamber of Commerce to build awareness of the service delivery model being employed by our health system. Broward Health Physician Group and UCC network were also in attendance as we presented on key milestones achieved in the delivery of primary care. Broward Health promotional items and collateral material were distributed to 80 business owners who were interested in identifying healthcare options available from our network of healthcare access points.
