Description

The City of Coconut Creek Senior Expo is a municipal-driven community resource event targeting existing seniors residing in The City of Coconut Creek and adjacent neighborhoods, to build additional awareness on the multiple community and healthcare services available as viable options for care. BHCHS coordinated and facilitated light screenings (i.e. blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol) on behalf of The City of Coconut Creek). BHN and Margate Health Center were positioned as access points for tertiary and primary care.
