In recognition of Diabetes Awareness Month, the Urban League of Broward County hosted a health event, targeting seniors in Broward County, who are in need of community resources, such as health coverage, stress reduction information and exercise advice. Broward Health provided refreshments to seniors and community resource volunteers as an in-kind donation toward their senior-focused effort. Specialty Care Center and CEBFHC are health centers that provide primary care access to residents living in central Broward County.
