Coconut Creek High School hosted a series of health talks and presentations for adolescent children who require additional information on living a healthy lifestyle as they enter adulthood. BHN and BHCHS provided multiple presenters that conversed on health topics, pertinent to adolescents and addressed any health concern questions that were posed to Broward Health professionals. Margate Health Center and BHN were positioned as access points for primary care and wrap around services targeting high school age children and their families.
