Centerfield, a local call center operation, conducted a health fair to provide HIV testing and blood pressure screenings to the employee base located in Plantation, Florida. CHS Outreach Services, Kinship Cares and Care Coordination Department promoted CHS sites, especially Lauderdale Lakes Health Center. Lauderdale Lakes Health Center is an access point for primary care and wrap around services for Broward County residents living in central Broward County.
