Annie L. Weaver Health Center is hosting a cardiac friendly health fair held to build additional awareness on lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier heart by instituting alterations in one's life. BH Care Coordinators will be on hand to provide blood pressure, blood glucose, body mass indexing and nutritional counseling, for attendees who are interested in making positive lifestyle change toward improving their cardiovascular system's performance.
