Cora E. Braynon Family Health Center hosted a health and wellness fair to build additional awareness on different ways to promote a cardiovascular friendly lifestyle among attendees. Various screenings were offered to attendees, such as blood pressure, blood glucose, body mass indexing and nutritional counseling which were conducted by CEBFHC Pharmacy Department. This event was created and conducted to make the public aware of various wrap around services that contribute toward helping patients achiev4e a sense of health and wellness.
