Margate Health Center hosted a mini health fair highlighting blood pressure screenings that can help reduce the risk, directly associated with heart disease among patients and attendees, who live in close proximity to the health center. CHS Outreach Services positioned Margate Health Center as an access point for primary care and wrap around services that can increase one's chances of living a heart healthy lifestyle. BH Kinship Cares Initiative (KCI) provided assistance with taking blood pressure readings among attendees.
