The MODCO Senior Connections Program is an innovative holistic wellness program that integrates fitness, health education and healthy social interactions, to educate, empower and equip 100 seniors over the age of 80 with effective wellness promotion strategies. MODCO Senior Connection held a mini health fair to conduct screenings, such as blood pressure and body mass indexing among seniors seeking to know more on their health status.
