CHS Outreach Services and CHS Pharmacy Department held a series of workshops to assist existing patients with medication management concerns, as well as we provided consultation on drug interactions that can effect usage of patient's prescriptions. This event was held to retain our existing patient base and give patients a positive patient experience.
