CHS Outreach Services and BHCHS Annie L Weaver Health Center Pharmacy Department held a series of workshops and screenings, to assist existing patients with medication counseling and management concerns, as well as we provided consultation on drug interactions that can effect effectiveness of patient's prescriptions. This event was held to retain our existing patient base and give patients a positive patient experience. In addition, we want consumers to build a working rapport with ALWHC's Pharmacy Department and other allied health professionals at the health center. Screenings offered were blood glucose and blood pressure at the event.
