Description

Progresso Point, a local apartment complex community, hosted a health promotion event to build awareness concerning healthcare options that are available to their residents who need primary care and additional wrap around services. Light screenings were offered to local residents, mainly blood pressure readings. Currently, Progresso Point is located in BHMC and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center's service area. Therefore, we want residents to know of the service options that are close to their homes.
