Spring into Wellness Health Fair is a health fair targeting patient families and visitors that enter the health center who may accompany a patient, yet they may not have a medical home for themselves and their dependents. Cora E. Braynon Family Health Center is a primary care access point with wrap around services available to consumers who may need a primary care practitioner for their health needs. Multiple screenings were offered consisting of blood glucose, blood pressure, medication management, medication counseling and nutritional counseling.
