United Community Options will host their 2019 Health and Wellness Fair on Tuesday, July 16; Friday, August 9; Friday, August 16,2019; and Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Please accept our invitation to partner with us in this meaningful event. The goal of this event is to connect with and serve UCO and their employee's, to promote a healthy community and by providing a means of awareness of the services that are available to assist them in their daily lives. This event will be an opportunity for you to introduce your services to this community and connect with them on an individual basis. We expect individuals and their families to attend this indoor/outdoor health fair.
