Annie L Weaver Health Center will host a lecture to build awareness among patients and visitors, in a health center setting, with our subject matter being breast health promotion and ways to gain access to free/reduced price mammograms for family members In addition, we will distribute collateral material to attendees on breast cancer prevention and early detection options, for people who may think they are susceptible to the onset of breast cancer. Annie L Weaver Health Center is being positioned as a medical home for patients requiring primary care services and additional wrap around service linkage.
