CHS Outreach Services hosted an exercise demonstration for seniors residing in the northern two thirds of Broward County who required additional information on the benefits of exercise. This workshop was held to position Annie L. Weaver Health Center and Margate Health Center as access points for primary care services for residents living in close proximity to both health centers.
