The City of Coconut Creek hosted a workshop on the benefits of aerobic, balance and stretching exercise for seniors who seek additional information on how to maintain their health and wellness. CHS Outreach Services provided strategic positioning of BHCS as an access point for community education and wellness classes that can help increase longevity and vitality.
